Ego Circus, Florence welcomes the protagonists of mixology

Condividi

[:en]Florence is increasingly at the center of the world of mixology.

He demonstrates this in many ways: already in the spotlight with the Florence Cocktail Week which will also be held in May this year, in this period it is the protagonist with the second edition of Ego Circus, an event born from an idea by Gabriele Frongia, F&B Manager of Plaza Hotel Lucchesi.

Ego Circus is a four-month long traveling tour which, until April, unites some of the most talented Florentine and Italian barmen under its symbolic tent.

The appointment is always on Monday and is double: it opens each time at the Empyreo of the Plaza Hotel Lucchesi for the aperitif and ends with an after dinner behind the counters of the city's iconic bars, where the guest bartenders join the residents.

Bartenders are called to show the public their strong points and their bar philosophy. Each evening has an ad hoc drink list, which also includes a non-alcoholic cocktail.

Here is the calendar of upcoming events with their protagonists:
March 2: Samuele Campanini, bartender of Jiggers of Reggio Emilia, guest at theHabitat
March 9: Solomyia Grytsyshyn, barlady of the Chorus Café of Rome, guest at LoveCraft
March 16: Mario Farulla, bartender of Noise of Rome, guest at Mad
March 23: Marco Riccetti, bartender atInside of Turin, guest at La Ménagère
