The proposals of Acquaroof Terrazza Molinari

Acquaroof Terrace Molinari it is a 360˚ sensorial experience due to the strong understanding that exists between the food offer curated by the chef Daniele Lippi of the restaurant Watering, 1 Michelin Star, and the liquid proposals of the bar manager Alexander Simeon, designed and dedicated to the scents and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean Sea.

The Drink List

The drink list is inspired by the tradition, customs and flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. The common thread that links the signature cocktails of Alexander Simeon it is the meeting between the sea and the land, a sensorial journey through memories, flavors and smells. The products of the land meet those of the sea, and so algae, herbs, spices, fruit and vegetables mix together to create unexpected balances. A perfect reinterpretation of our Mediterranean cuisine in liquid form.

The phrase "The Sea unites what the Earth divides" introduces the drink list in this journey of which we will mention some of the signature cocktails that characterize this intriguing journey to discover the flavors of traditional Made in Italy.
