Camparino in Galleria brings its mixology art to Asia

Camparino in Galleria flies to Asia from 13 to 25 July

Camparino in the Gallery, the temple of Italian mixology in Milan and around the world, the place for the Milanese aperitif par excellence, as well as an iconic point of reference, renowned in the city and around the world, will be the protagonist of a tour on the Asian continent aimed at bringing its knowledge to the field of liquid mixing and to transmit the ritual of the tricolor aperitif to the Far East. Indeed, from 13 to 25 July, will be the protagonist of a journey in stages which will involve four of the most prestigious mixology destinations in Asia: Indonesia, Hong Kong, India and Japan.

The stop in Indonesia

They will be the ones to transmit their know-how in the field of blending and represent Camparino in Galleria around the world Tommaso Cecca, Global Head of Camparino Licensing and Mixology together with Saverio Casella, his right-hand man, who will be guests at Thursday 13 and Friday 14 July Jakarta at Roma Osteria & Bar by The Union Group for a masterclass dedicated to excellent mixology. The venue, located in the SCBD financial district of the Indonesian capital, is a small miniature "Rome" eager to make its guests discover the Italian culinary tradition, as well as a point of reference for lovers of drinking well in the city, thanks to the excellent cocktail Garibaldi, Negroni with its Twists and bitters served.

The stop in China

The busy program then continues in Hong Kong, from 15th to 19th July, where Tommaso Cecca and Saverio Casella will bring the perfect serves of the Camparino in the Gallery at the Vista Bar by Aqua Restaurant Group, a venue created in collaboration with Campari located in One Peking Road on the 29th and 30th floors of the building. In addition to an extensive list of house spirits and wines, the restaurant is recognized in the city for its "Eight Shades of Red” Campari-based cocktail. Furthermore, during the stay in Hong Kong, the two master bartenders will also be guests of the Asia's 50 Best Bars, the most renowned celebration in the sector which will crown the most coveted venue in the oriental panorama.

The stop in India

From the 20 until 22 July, however, Tommaso Cecca and Saverio Casella will fly in India, more precisely a Mumbai, towards theHakkasan Mumbai, one of India's most iconic restaurants of the last 10 years, inspired by ancient recipes, innovative cocktail creations and eye-catching design. Here, the master bartenders, thanks to an ad hoc organized masterclass, will reveal the secrets of the Italian aperitif culture, as well as an opportunity to show off their art of mixology; in fact, the Head Mixologist of Hakkasan visited Camparino in Galleria in March as the winner of Negroni Week and shared with Tommaso Cecca his experiences of the Negroni culture, now booming in Mumbai.

The stop in Japan

Last stop on the eastern tour is Tokyo, in Japan, from 23 to 25 July, where the stage of excellent liquid mixing will be the Ritz-Carlton of Tokyo, the luxury hotel located in Midtown Tower in the Roppongi district, the capital's commercial center dedicated to entertainment and design, whose bar located on the 45th floor of the building combines breathtaking views and quality cocktails.
