BREAD BISTRO

GRAND ROQUES

GORFER LIQUEURS

Gorfer is a bar specializing in craft spirits and cocktails located in the heart of Mirandola. The history of the place starts from afar, in 1950 it was born as a liquor factory, still active today, managing to ferry the know-how of Italian liquor making up to the present day by combining it with modern mixing.

The intent of the bartenders, Iacopo Balboni and Simone Bonfatti, behind the counter of this piece of Emilian history is to develop innovative recipes and cocktails capable of enhancing the aromatic characteristics of the liqueurs produced. The products, in fact, lend themselves to replacing, for example, renowned Triple Sec liqueurs.

The inventiveness of the young mixers translates into an imaginative drink list that combines seasonal ingredients with infusions or home-made preparations, an example? “Like a goatand” with a soft tomato texture combined with flavors capable of surprising all palates.

JIGGER SPIRITS AND COOKING

Jiggers has distant roots, an innovative project that aims to preserve the traditions of the Emilian land.
