Bamboo in the Garden. In the garden of Villa Cassarini, along the avenues at Porta Saragozza in Bologna, a green space dedicated to sharing has been organized thanks to the collaboration between Studio54 and Bamboo.

Where?
Parks are no longer isolated places on the edge of the city, Villa Cassarini, together with the Gardens, is one of the few green areas that contribute to the structuring of a city. A public garden from the 19th century, sold by the Pallotti family to the University of Bologna in the 1930s. In this area of peace and tranquility the Bamboo in the Garden, thanks to the collaboration between Studio 54 and Bamboo.
When?
The Bamboo in the Garden it opened its doors on May 15th and will accompany the Bolognese summer until September 15th from 11.00 in the morning until midnight. It has a daytime offer divided between lunch, ice cream shop and cafeteria. From 4.00 pm onwards the ball is passed to Niko Fontana and his team who, together with the musical accompaniments curated by Studio 54, create the right atmosphere to enjoy these long summer evenings in Bologna. The food part is handled by Sforno, a new protagonist in the Bologna area whose motto reads: "cooking is an act of love towards everyone, because we are what we eat". Sforno's mission is to offer the highest quality by using 0 km products in its food offering: pinsas and burgers.
The drink list
The drink list curated by bar manager Niko Fontana offers a series of twist on classic in tune with the atmosphere of the park. The cocktails recall the surrounding environment thanks to a careful selection of aromatic herbs such as: thyme, sage and rosemary; to accompany the entire summer season with freshness and taste. Alongside Niko, his right-hand man Nik Barchetti, will follow the project throughout the season, proposing a refined and thirst-quenching mix alongside the bar manager, which spans years of study and experimentation by Niko Fontana in the Tiki world. These are therefore classics revisited in a tropical key, designed and curated specifically for the Bolognese summer season.
