Internationality stops at the House of the Milanese aperitif par excellence: Camparino in the Gallery will host the exponents ofthe Bamboo Bar and of Library Bar to offer guests a mixology experience that is as innovative as it is experimental.
On May 27, 2024, Camparino in Galleria – the historic venue in the heart of Milan – will host two international mixology excellences: The Bamboo Bar in Bangkok represented by the Bar Manager Chanel Adams
and the Library Bar Toronto, with James Grant – Director of Beverage for Fairmont Royal York.
In the evening of Monday, May 27th, under the guidance of Tommaso Cecca, Global Head of Camparino Licensing and Mixology, within the walls of the historic Camparino in Galleria and, in particular, in the Sala Spiritello, guests will have the opportunity to try a Special Drink List, specially prepared to create an international atmosphere and contaminated by the influence of two of the most renowned bars in the mixology scene. Smoked Plum Marnier, Lemongrass Coconut Highball, Kaffir Lime Daisy, Birds of Paradise, Chinato Caribbean, Toronto Sunset, Milano Vice And Amalfi You are just some of the cocktails available during the evening – bold and sensorially interesting proposals capable of creating an atmosphere of times gone by.
An event that, thanks to mixology, will be able to transport guests on a journey without borders, made up of two main stages.
The Library Bar, a timeless meeting place characterized from the metropolitan environment of Toronto: a true excellence led by the award-winning Director of Beverage James Grant, whose inspiration comes from literature and cinema, disciplines that influence an unforgettable cocktail experience characterized by unique, bold and refined ingredients. As World Class Global Bartender of the Year 2021 and Canada's 100 Best Bartender of the Year 2022, Grant will also bring his unparalleled expertise and creativity to the Home of the Milanese aperitif par excellence.
But that's not all, to make the evening even more special there will also be Chanel Adams, Bar Manager of Bangkok's one and only Bamboo Bar, named one of Asia's 50 Best Bars 2022, the venue is a celebrated Bangkok institution, a timeless venue that retains the sensual atmosphere of the 1950s and whose acclaimed team of mixologists masterfully concocts drinks and cocktails that adapt to the changing times while maintaining their traditional nature.
The event is scheduled to start at 6:30 pm, and admission is free, with reservations recommended.
