At the Monza Grand Prix, scheduled Sunday, September 7th, the global partnership between Glenfiddich, the Single Malt Scotch Whisky most awarded in the world, And Aston Martin Formula One™ Team reaches a new, prestigious milestone.

The iconic Scottish distillery, in fact, has presented a limited edition of Glenfiddich Whisky created to celebrate the common values that unite the two British realities: a great heritage of traditions and know-how, innovation and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

An Alliance of British Icons: History, Pioneering Spirit and Shared Values

The collaboration between Glenfiddich and Aston Martin Formula One™ is not a simple union, but an alliance between two brands that have made history in their respective sectorsi. The distillery Glenfiddich, founded in Dufftown, Scotland, by visionary William Grant on Christmas Day 1887, embodies a pioneering spirit that has led it to excel for over one hundred and thirty years. It was the first Single Malt Scotch Whisky to be actively promoted outside Scotland. Although today sold in over 180 countries, William Grant & Son's remains one of the few family-owned distilleries and the whisky is still produced in the same distillery built by William Grant and his family.

The Glenfiddich 16 Year Old: the first whisky from a partnership of excellence

The whisky chosen for this prestigious collaboration, which represents only the first chapter in a dedicated series, was aged in Speyside, Scotland, for 16 long years following a meticulous selection process. It rested in former American oak wine casks, virgin oak casks, and second-fill ex-bourbon casks.
