The only event in Italy exclusively dedicated to the beverage industry and the world of mixology is about to return.

It is said that three is the perfect number, and that Rome is the city where everything happens. A mix of statements that gives particular enthusiasm to the new edition of Rome Bar Show, the third one, which will take place next May 29th and 30th all the world of beverage in the presence of the Capital.

It will be in the historic halls Eur Congress Palace that thousands of brands and national and international mixing operators will meet for two days. Experts, well-known faces (also from Netflix, as we will explain a little later), ambassadors and bartenders: all ready to discuss the best that the world of mixology has to say in this period.

A wide-ranging event on the entire panorama of the beverage industry, of which MT Magazine could only be a proud media partner. A way to best tell you about the two days in Rome, including experiences, masterclasses, seminars, talks, tastings and much more.

The exhibition spaces: journey to Italy and Mexico

One of the features that makes the Roma Bar Show is its ability to give visibility to all the best of our country's production. The fulcrum of the event will in fact be Piazza Italia, the exhibition area entirely dedicated to our products and our very long and glorious tradition in Spirit Industry, which has been able to conquer markets all over the world. Here enthusiasts and professionals will be able to learn about the brands that make tradition a distinctive feature of their work, the internationally recognized distilleries, up to the very latest new entries that are positioning themselves on the Italian market. Alongside the Italian tradition there will be space for the more exotic products, for example in Mexican Village, who will welcome visitors with his stage in the splendid terrace of the Palazzo dei Congressi dell'Eur.

Then there will also be the tasting room, where the different brands will organize tasting events, as well as an area dedicated to the world of coffee with the Coffee Village and obviously a wide range of food.

International guests

The Rome Bar Show it is also an educational event, which will allow you to learn from the best in the sector, addressing current issues in the bar industry such as inclusiveness and sustainability, but also discussing the evolution of mixing and the world of bars.

To do so will be names of international scope: from the United States comes for example Julie Reiner, mixologist and bar owner known for her contribution to the innovation of American mixing, as well as judge of the series Netflix “Drink Masters”. Then Simon Ford by Ford Gin, Shingo Gokan, Japanese mixologist and bar owner of various locations between New York and Shanghai Giacomo Giannotti and Margarita Sader from Paradiso in Barcelona, best bar in the world for the 50 Best Bars 2022. And again, the guys from Maybe Sammy of Sydney, awarded as “Best International Bar Team Award" or Monica Berg, Alex Frezza and Lydia Soedadi, who will tell the “Lessons of a Bar owner”.

The round table dedicated to "TOgave Spirit”, in which the Embassies Of Mexico And Guatemala and their Ambassadors and which will see guests of the caliber of Ivan Saldagna, Stefano Francavilla, Esteban Morales, Jesse Este, Sophie Decobecq and many others.

There RBS Academy by Perrier will instead be entirely dedicated to the bars and their projects, told by the protagonists of Paradiso andEssentia (SIPS) of Barcelona, of Line of Athens, of Gibson of Berlin, of Limantour of Mexico City, del Maybe Sammy of Sydney and theSG Club of Tokyo.

The Contests

Rome Bar Show will also be the location for this 2023 will host the Italian World Class final, scheduled Tuesday 30 May in the Auditorium of the Palazzo dei Congressi, and the world final of contest Art of Italicus which will inaugurate the Bar Show with a pre-opening party on the evening of Sunday 28 May.

Not only that: in this third edition of the event the final of the first edition of the event will also be held Rome Bar Show Awards, an award created to enhance Italian excellence in the bar industry, celebrating its mastery and offering an important opportunity for visibility for the most talented bars and bartenders.
